1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of GeoFog. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; applicable mandatory Apple terms control in the event of conflict.

2. Safety

GeoFog is an exploration and progress tool, not a navigation, emergency, fitness, medical, or safety service. Stay aware of traffic, terrain, property boundaries, weather, local rules, and your surroundings. Do not interact with the app while driving or enter restricted, unsafe, or private areas to reveal the map.

3. Maps, boundaries, and progress

Maps, administrative boundaries, nearby suggestions, distances, statistics, and completion estimates may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Boundary data is informational and is not authoritative for legal, cadastral, navigation, or emergency purposes.

4. Account and acceptable use

An account is optional. If you create one, keep credentials secure. Do not misuse GeoFog, interfere with services, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, evade subscription checks, or use downloaded data contrary to its attribution or license terms.

5. Premium subscriptions

GeoFog may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices, billing period, and trial eligibility are displayed by the App Store before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically. Manage or cancel in Apple Account settings; Restore Purchases is available in GeoFog.

Premium access requires a confirmed active entitlement. Expiration, refund, or revocation closes Premium views but does not intentionally delete locally stored routes, progress, or legitimately unlocked achievements.

6. Refunds

Apple processes App Store payments and refund requests under Apple's policies and applicable law. We cannot access full payment-card details or independently reverse an Apple charge.

7. User-directed sharing

You are responsible for content and information you export through the system share sheet. Review a card before sharing it and choose the recipient and destination carefully.

8. Availability and disclaimer

GeoFog is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. GPS, MapKit, public datasets, boundary distribution, Firebase, RevenueCat, and other third-party services may be unavailable or inaccurate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular exploration result, or preservation beyond the app's documented local storage behavior.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, unsafe conduct, navigation decisions, trespass, third-party outages, or loss caused by ignoring these Terms. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and termination

We may update, maintain, add, remove, or suspend features for security, reliability, legal, or product reasons. You may stop using GeoFog at any time. We may restrict serious misuse or activity that threatens the service or others.

11. Governing rules and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in Armenia, without removing mandatory consumer protections where you live. Contact support@broox.group or Nar-Dos St. 2, Yerevan, 0018, Armenia.
